GameOn Dreamers (SG) Pte. Ltd.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Event” means Game On Dreamers Multiplayer Onsite Digital Extravaganza (“G.O.D M.O.D.E” or “GOD Mode”) 2026, organised by the Organiser and scheduled to take place from 11 to 13 December 2026 at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, including PlayFest and such other programmes or zones expressly identified as forming part of GOD Mode.
“Organiser” means GameOn Dreamers (SG) Pte. Ltd.
“PlayFest” means the daytime and evening festival component of the Event for which Day Passes, Night Passes, Full Day Passes and Multi-Day Passes are issued.
“REM” means the nighttime afterparty , being a separately ticketed programme forming part of or held in conjunction with the Event.
“Attendee” means any person attending the Event.
“Ticket” means a valid entry pass issued by the Organiser or authorised agents.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, holding or using a Ticket, the Purchaser and Attendee agree to these Terms. A Purchaser acquiring a Ticket for another person must make these Terms available to that person. A parent or legal guardian purchasing or permitting a minor to use a Ticket accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law.
The Organiser may update these Terms where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security or operational reasons. Any update shall not materially reduce the rights attached to a Ticket already purchased, except where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the safety and security of the Event. The version applicable at the time of purchase will otherwise govern the Ticket.
3. TICKETING & ENTRY
A valid ticket with a scannable QR code is required for entry. Each ticket is valid only for the specific date, time slot, and access category stated at the point of purchase.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding an invalid, duplicated, altered, or unauthorised ticket. Tickets obtained through unauthorised resale channels may be cancelled without refund.
All attendees may be subject to security checks, including bag inspections. Re-entry is not guaranteed and remains subject to capacity and prevailing security conditions.
PlayFest Ticket Categories
Single Day – Day Pass, Single Day – Night Pass and Single Day – Full Day Pass are single-day tickets and are valid only for the selected Event date and applicable access period.
Multi-Day Pass is valid across all three PlayFest Event days, from 11–13 December 2026, during the applicable PlayFest operating hours.
Day Pass Access
Single Day – Day Pass access strictly ends at 5PM. Day Pass holders will no longer have access to PlayFest activities after 5PM, and no re-entry will be permitted after this time.
REM
PlayFest tickets do not include admission to REM. A separate valid REM ticket is required for admission to REM.
Children Admission
Children aged 2 years and below may enter PlayFest free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Children entering free do not receive a separate entitlement to reserved seating, gifts, merchandise, food, workshop places or other capacity-limited benefits unless expressly stated.
Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while attending the Event.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All ticket prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The Organiser may release tickets in phases, tiers, or promotional batches, and reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to purchase.
All mandatory fees and charges will be disclosed before the Purchaser confirms payment. The Organiser may correct an obvious pricing, inventory or system error and may cancel an affected transaction, in which case all amounts paid for that transaction will be refunded. A ticket is only considered valid upon successful payment and issuance.
Ticketing Platform
Tickets purchased through the Organiser's authorised third-party ticketing platform are also subject to the applicable terms and conditions of that ticketing platform, including terms relating to payment processing, booking fees and other platform-related charges.
If these Terms conflict with the ticketing platform’s terms, these Terms prevail regarding the Event, admission, cancellation, postponement and refunds. The platform terms apply only to its payment and technical services.
Ticket purchasers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the purchase process is complete and accurate.
5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law.
No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show, late arrival, personal scheduling conflicts, or denial of entry due to a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a full cancellation by the Organiser, any refund issued shall be limited strictly to the face value of the ticket. Programme changes, artist substitutions, or partial disruptions shall not entitle attendees to any refund or compensation.
Where a refund is approved or required, booking fees, platform fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees and other applicable third-party charges are non-refundable and shall be borne by the purchaser, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. EVENT MODIFICATIONS
The Organiser reserves full discretion to modify the Event, including its programmes, schedules, zones, activities, and venue layout. Capacity limitations, queue management, or operational adjustments may be implemented as required.
Such changes are part of the live event experience and shall not give rise to any entitlement to refunds or compensation.
Activity Access
Possession of an Event ticket does not guarantee access to every activity, programme, competition, Meet & Greet, workshop or attraction. Certain activities may have limited capacity, operate on a first-come, first-served basis, or require separate registration, reservation or additional charges.
7. ATTENDEE CONDUCT
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. By entering the Event, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and instructions issued by the Organiser or its staff.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended experience of the Event.
8. PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety and operational reasons, certain items are not permitted within the Event. These include, but are not limited to, weapons, dangerous objects, illegal substances, drones, remote-controlled devices, and professional recording equipment without prior approval.
The Organiser may refuse admission of a prohibited item, require the Attendee to remove it from the Venue, request its voluntary surrender, or refer the matter to Venue security or the relevant authorities. The Organiser does not undertake to store prohibited items.
Cosplay Props
Cosplay props, accessories and replica items may be subject to security inspection and additional Event-specific safety requirements. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry of any item considered unsafe or unsuitable for the Event.
9. COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS
The Event is a curated environment. Unauthorised commercial activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
This includes selling products or services, distributing promotional materials, conducting brand activations, or capturing content for commercial purposes without prior written approval. Official sponsors and partners retain exclusive rights within their respective categories.
10. HEALTH & SAFETY
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Event may involve large crowds, physical movement, and interactive environments.
By attending, you agree to comply with all safety instructions and protocols. In the event of an emergency, you consent to receiving medical assistance where deemed necessary. Any medical costs incurred shall be borne by you.
11. ACTIVITY-SPECIFIC RISKS
Certain zones or activities within the Event may involve additional physical or interactive elements. Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in these activities.
Age & Activity Suitability
Certain activities, attractions or experiences may have specific age restrictions or may not be suitable for young children due to their content, themes or nature of the experience. Where applicable, parental or legal guardian supervision may be required.
The Organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in any activity where an Attendee does not meet the applicable age, safety or participation requirements.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY, MEDIA & CONTENT
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
You grant the Organiser a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, and voice for marketing, promotional, and content purposes, without compensation.
13. DATA PROTECTION
The Organiser may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for purposes including ticketing, event operations, security, customer engagement, and future marketing communications.
Such data may be shared with authorised service providers, partners, and sponsors where relevant to the operation and enhancement of the Event. Aggregated or anonymised data may also be used for analytics and reporting.
All data handling shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Singapore.
14. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage, including loss of property, travel expenses, loss of enjoyment, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance at the Event.
Any liability on the part of the Organiser shall, in all cases, be limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
15. INDEMNITY
By attending the Event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, venue operators, sponsors, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your conduct at the Event.
16. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms are intended to benefit not only the Organiser but also its partners, sponsors, venue operators, and service providers, all of whom may rely on and enforce the relevant provisions.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, public health situations, weather conditions, or security concerns.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Singapore in accordance with applicable rules.
19. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Ticket details, applicable ticket-category conditions, Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly disclosed before purchase, constitute the agreement between the Purchaser, Attendee and Organiser concerning the Event.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
